Our Mission

WBC Office Suites offers a shared, community-driven workspace for location-independent workers. It exists because of you and for you. As a member, you will not just be a customer of WBC Office Suites; you’ll be an active part of what WBC Office Suites is and does for you and for others.

The shared office space at the WBC Office Suites is a vibrant, open-concept work area bursting with possibilities. For those wishing to have a bit of privacy, we offer flexible, adaptable workstations where you can set up your own personalized workspace, complete with a private phone line, top-quality office furniture, locking drawers, and full-time on-site support. If mingling with others is more your style, the space also offers beautiful, modern library-style shared tables, with built-in power ports, comfortable chairs, and full access to the building’s wide array of amenities.

Our private offices are exceptionally furnished and offer abundant natural light through their large windows and glass doors, giving you a unique space where you can have secured access to your own private room 24/7, while still being able to enjoy the benefits of being part of a vibrant and exciting community workspace. Office residents may take advantage of many additional perks, including private phone reception, and individual climate control.

For those times when a more relaxed setting is what you’re looking for, our lounge areas offer the ability to comfortably work at a variety of booths, chairs, and tables. These spaces are open, brightly lit, and offer more of a social, coffee-shop style environment perfect for collaboration and social interaction. The lounge area also provides a unique spot to enjoy a meal prepared at one of the adjoining restaurants or by your own two hands in our in-house kitchen.

Whether it's getting feedback on your product in real time, asking for a recommendation on a service provider, or simply grabbing a beer after work, the power of our community is invaluable.

As a member, you’ll be invited to attend events that we’ll be hosting periodically. With a restaurant in the building and over numerous restaurants, bars, top-notch hotels, coffee shops, and fine shopping within a 5-minute walk, it makes for an excellent jumping off point for some much-needed fun and relaxation post work.
